On Freshworks - Freshservice Health Check
Your Freshservice platform, read with evidence.
A read-only, evidence-led review of your Freshservice configuration, covering configuration, automation coverage, data quality, knowledge and AI readiness, ending in a prioritised roadmap. Wherever it was implemented, and whoever implemented it.
Read-only
Nothing in your instance changes
Evidence-led
Read from live configuration and data, never a survey

From access to a prioritised roadmap
What lands on your desk
A scored read, a roadmap, and an honest conversation
An evidence-based platform read
Configuration, workflows, automation coverage, data quality and knowledge health: read from the live instance, every finding traceable.
An AI-readiness view
Whether your knowledge and data can carry Freddy AI capabilities today, and precisely what's in the way if they can't.
A prioritised roadmap
Fixes ordered by impact versus effort: quick wins separated from structural work, each with a clear rationale.
A senior playback
Findings walked through with a senior consultant: validated together, not delivered as a PDF and a goodbye. The roadmap is yours either way.
The read stands alone. If the answer is that you need very little from us, that is what the report will say.
Why platforms drift
Fast to deploy also means fast to drift
Freshservice's ease of configuration is its strength, and over time, its trap. Workflows accumulate, categories sprawl, automations overlap, knowledge goes stale, and the AI features you're paying for quietly underperform because the data beneath them drifted.
Most organisations have never been read end to end. The Health Check does exactly that, from live configuration and data rather than a survey, and turns what it finds into a roadmap ordered by impact.
- Configuration and automation sprawl nobody has mapped since go-live.
- Deflection and copilot quality capped by stale, thin or unstructured knowledge.
- A licence renewal or expansion decision approaching without an evidence base.
- An implementation delivered elsewhere that never quite landed.
How it runs
Initial read first, depth where it's warranted
- Step 1
Initial read
Read-only access; headline findings across the platform.
- Step 2
Playback and scope
Findings reviewed together; deep-dive areas chosen, only where warranted.
- Step 3
Deep dive
Senior-led investigation of the chosen areas: automation, data, knowledge, AI readiness.
- Step 4
Roadmap and readout
Prioritised roadmap and business case delivered and walked through.
Remediation is scoped separately, if at all: take the roadmap to any partner, or deliver it in-house. That independence is the point.
Who it's for
Any Freshservice implementation: especially the ones that have drifted
- Existing Freshservice customers, implemented by anyone
- Heads of Service, Platform Owners, IT Directors
- Pre-renewal, pre-expansion, or post-stall
Evidence, not opinion
Read from live configuration and data, never from a survey or a workshop recollection.
Read-only, always
Nothing in your instance changes. The engagement is diagnostic by design.
No-regrets first step
The initial read stands alone. Whatever you decide next, you know more than you did.

Before you commit to anything
- Does it matter who implemented our Freshservice?
- No, and it is often more useful when it was somebody else. The read is of the configuration as it stands, not of the decisions that produced it.
- How much of our team's time does this take?
- A workshop and a handful of short sessions. Most of the work is reading the platform rather than interviewing people about it.
- What if the read says we are in reasonable shape?
- That is a legitimate outcome and we will say so plainly. A short list of small fixes is a perfectly good result.
